Pampered Petz Hornsby Social Media Guidelines
We’re dedicated to fostering a positive, engaging, and respectful online community for all pet lovers. Our social media pages are a space for open discussions, sharing experiences, and staying connected with our store and community. To ensure this remains a safe and welcoming environment, we have established the following guidelines.
Respectful Engagement
We encourage friendly discussions and diverse opinions, but all interactions must remain respectful. We will not tolerate:
- Abusive or offensive language
- Harassment or bullying
- Threats or intimidation
- Sexist, racist, or discriminatory remarks
- Defamatory or false statements
- Content that violates the law or incites unlawful actions
- Spamming or repeated self-promotion
- Posting inappropriate material or links to harmful content
- Trolling or spreading misleading information
Content Moderation
Our team actively monitors comments and posts on our social media channels. Any content that violates these guidelines may be hidden or removed without notice. Comments that are off-topic or unrelated to the discussion may also be removed.
Enforcement & Consequences
If a user repeatedly violates these guidelines or posts serious breaches, they will receive a warning. Continued inappropriate behavior may result in being blocked from our social media pages for a minimum of 12 months. Users may request to be unblocked after this period.
